Beautiful Downtown Pensacola Charmer Hot Tub BBQ

Positive: I love this part of downtown Pensacola and its eclectic feel. The house represented some of the contrasts you’ll experience here since it’s historic but with a modern vibe. The rooms were spacious, beds very comfortable and soft sheets. The primary closet is large and bathroom is charming. The kitchen seemed to be well stocked and clean. We ate out so didn’t do any cooking here. Loved the high ceilings throughout. Had fun playing foosball and relaxed as a family in the front rooms. We found everything to be as described in the listing. Josh has thought through lots of details and given good instructions for everything. We were in the area to do cleanup at our daughter’s home following the hurricane and this place met all of our needs for the trip. It was a great setting to relax, clean up and get rested for the next day.

I braught my special food and was able do my meals and dine and enjoy cozy environment. Negative: I can not think of anything i did not like.

The home was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked. They had everything we needed and plenty of extras, just in case. The location was perfect. The home is conveniently located in a very nice, historic community away from the busyness of town but was still near several landmarks, restaurants, and stores. Our host was friendly, accommodating, responsive, and helpful but not at all intrusive. We will definitely stay here again.
