Premier Downtown Loft Building, Just Opened

Positive: This loft has a super cool look and feel. The high ceiling makes the place feel very spacious. The big windows, the brick walls, and the real hardwood flooring give the stylish look. We love the place!

This definitely beats a stay at a hotel! Positive: Property is walking distance to some great restaurants and lively bars. Negative: No dislikes.

We absolutely loved every minute of it and our host Josh was very quick with communication and made us feel welcome. Positive: Very spacious, clean and had a wow factor. Large comfortable beds and great air con/fans. Location was great in a quiet, friendly neighbourhood.

Great building, great stay just love Pensacola. Positive: This is an historic building with lots of character. (It’s even noted in the local museum). Beautifully designed, quirky and unique. Great bathroom facilities, rainfall shower great and perfectly hot. The compact kitchen is also great just what you need to make a quick breakfast or snack meal. Beds are sooo comfortable you don’t want to get out of them. I stayed in the loft/mezzanine bed space which was really cozy. Loved the use of the antique wardrobe as a room divider. Negative: There nothing really, would have liked to open a window but understand as it’s a very old building they don’t, so the ceiling fans were a great alternative.

Host was super helpful and loft was amazing. We had a great stay and are looking forward to renting there again.
